There's no shortage of reasons why you might want to consider moving into real estate in Eaton, and the thriving employment market could be one of them if you're looking for a new job.
The latest Hudson Report on Employment Trends shows hiring intentions in Western Australia are rising, meaning there are more opportunities for anyone hoping for a new career.
Companies were asked whether they're considering taking on new staff during the final three months of the year.
Western Australian businesses recorded the biggest rise in the number of employers seeking to increase their headcount, which was 7.6 per cent higher than the previous three-month period.
As a result, almost a quarter (24.7 per cent) of employers are now on the lookout for new staff members – and you could well be in with a chance of securing a role.
There's also good news if you work in the legal sector, as much of this increase in hiring intentions was driven by the desire to take on professionals in this area.
"We are seeing a continued increase in the need for front-end transactional lawyers within private practice, especially those with three to five years' experience," explained Dean Davidson, executive general manager at Hudson Australia.
