3 things to think about before buying a holiday home
A holiday home is great for knowing you can get away whenever the urge takes you. However, what should you consider before making an investment?
There are plenty of things that people look for when buying a property. Some look for its proximity to infrastructure and transport. Others look for whether there are good schools nearby. Some even look at whether they're buying into an up-and-coming neighbourhood. These are the obvious ones.
But for some people, it's knowing that they're joining a community that cares that gets them perusing home listings. And when you look for houses to buy or houses to rent in Bunbury, this is exactly what you get.
This year, the Bunbury Disabilities Focus Group Committee is again hosting its Future Possibilities Youth Conference, which aims to inform high school students with disability about things like further education and employment.
It will also promote the use of the Vocational Education and Training in Schools for securing future training and employment.
The event, now in its sixth year, will be held on 26 August, and will go from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will also be an information evening for parents and carers, which will go from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the same night.
Along with the obvious benefits it provides to children with disability, It's also another reminder of the kind of community you join when you buy property in Bunbury.
