Bunbury is expected to revitalise its position as a tourist spot in the near future, following a recent CBD revitalisation forum that was held between local leaders, business owners and residents of the city.
This could be great news for owners of real estate in Bunbury, with the potential for increased economic activity and community growth generating a more attractive city for future investment.
Bunbury Mayor Gary Brennan said the energy and results that came from the forum were "overwhelming", with some of the themes running through the night including the best way to utilise open spaces, attract more people to the region, and invigorate the area.
"There was also a focus on how the City of Bunbury can look at changes to its processes and systems to achieve faster turnarounds and approvals," said Mr Brennan in a November 27 statement.
The Bunbury Chamber of Commerce and Industry is now expected to begin looking into and considering any further action to be taken on the council's behalf in order to make these goals a reality.
Now could be the perfect time to consider purchasing houses to rent in Bunbury, with potential community expansion on the horizon.
