There's no better place for residents of property in Australind to get into the festive spirit this year than Bunbury's Christmas Carnival and Parade.
It's been announced that this year's event will be held on 7 December in Bicentennial Square – and people of all ages are invited along.
Families are reminded that the festivities are free of charge and you can expect to see everything from live music and dancing to the colourful floats everyone looks forward to every year.
There's also set to be an animal petting zoo, rides, kids' karaoke and a traditional nativity scene.
The event will run from 3 pm to 8 pm and the parade will begin making its way down Victoria Street from 6:45 pm.
City of Bunbury mayor Gary Brennan said: "It's an exciting and cheerful event which the whole community can and does get behind.
"It's a joy seeing people from all walks of life come together and line the street as the parade makes its way through town."
