3 things to think about before buying a holiday home
A holiday home is great for knowing you can get away whenever the urge takes you. However, what should you consider before making an investment?
Many people dream of building their own home, giving them the opportunity to create a space that reflects and caters to their personality and desires.
Now could be a wonderful time to begin considering your own options for real estate in Bunbury following recent figures released by Housing Industry Association (HIA), which outlined the strength of dwelling approval figures during March 2015.
HIA senior economist Shane Garrett said new dwelling approvals reach 19,419 during the month – highlighting a 2.8 per cent increase over February and a huge 210,484 properties being approved over the year to March.
"New home building continues to benefit from the exceptionally low level of interest rates, as well as strong population growth over recent years in the key home buyer age group," said Mr Garrett in a 4 May statement.
Western Australia in particular saw an 18.9 per cent increase in dwelling approvals last month, offering those interested in pursuing the construction of their own Bunbury home some insight into the developing strength of the state.
If you're interested in pursuing your own home in the area, be sure to get in touch with a local real estate there. They can help you bring the project together with ease.
