Victoria Street in Bunbury City Centre will once again be transformed for the 'Viva Bunbury Street Fiesta'.
The Fiesta is an annual event that coincides with Bunbury's Autumn Racing Carnival. This year's Fiesta is to be held on Wednesday March 12 starting at 5.30 p.m. and finishing up at 10 p.m.
Included in the line-up of Latin-themed entertainment are Zumba girls, Spanish Flamenco dancers and Carnival Queen Cabaret.
These performances are offered alongside live Latin music by the Perth Samba Social Club and Nueva Salsa Orchestra, so attendees can try out newly-learned exotic dance moves for themselves.
For those who cannot find their dancing shoes, there will be a special performance by the Australian Stunt Academy.
Make sure you bring your appetite, as street stalls will be set up along Victoria Street offering the finest in cultural cuisine. This gives local Bunbury residents a chance to experience some delectable dishes from far off places.
In a March 4 statement, Bunbury Mayor Gary Brennan said this year's festival "will be one to remember".
Residents of real estate in Bunbury are advised that the street will be closed to traffic between Clifton and Eliot Streets from 2 p.m. until 12 a.m.
The busy schedule of exciting events in Bunbury is one of the many reasons people are attracted to the area, making it the perfect place for anyone interested in great cultural events close to home.
