Geographe Crush Wine Exhibition in Bunbury

By Kevin Kelly

The Geographe Wine Exhibition celebrates the region's best locally made wine and homegrown produce. Set in the middle of Bunbury at Bicentennial square, the event features approximately 40 companies and is ideally located for visitors who also want to take advantage of other attractions in the CBD.

Residents of real estate in Bunbury are encouraged to take part in this exciting exhibition, which showcases some of the highest quality wines coming from one of the state's youngest wine regions.

Wines hailing from north Harvey, the hills of Collie, Dardanup and Donnybrook, all the way to Capel and Busselton will be on display Sunday November 3, from 11am to 6pm. Participants can sniff, swirl and sip their way through a wide range of beautiful, award-winning wines with tasty eats to match.

Attendees will get an inside look at what local cellar doors are offering this season and get a chance to talk with winemakers about the complexities and compelling qualities of each variety they sample.

Less than a two hour drive from Perth, the Geographe Wine Region boasts some new and impressive wines, an incredible landscape and lovely accommodation for couples or families.

In addition to wine appreciation seminars, food presentations and musical entertainment, visitors are encouraged to explore the surrounds. Those who own Bunbury rentals may want to take hold of this opportunity to promote their property, and help generate interest in what the area has to offer.
