The Seniors Housing Centre will be making its way to Bunbury on 19 November to discuss property options that are available to seniors and pre-retirees in the region.
It will be held at the City Library on Parkfield Street in Bunbury and is set to run from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
There's also the option of attending another seminar that will focus on affordable housing. This will take place on 18 November from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Withers Library.
You will be able to learn more about a range of housing options, including residential parks and shared housing arrangements.
The Seniors Housing Centre is the results of a partnership between the Department of Commerce and Council of the Ageing WA.
Both seminars are free to attend, but you will need to register before turning up on the day. Places are limited so be sure to show your interest sooner rather than later.
If you are looking at downsizing in retirement, make sure you get in touch with Ray White Bunbury to see what's available in your local area.
